19d11a1a8e Add ParaglideJS 
Adds the [PararglideJS](https://inlang.com/m/gerre34r/library-inlang-paraglideJs) i18n library to the "I18n And L10n" section.

Paraglide gives you type-safe messages that can be tree-shaken individually. That way only messages that are _used_ are shipped.
