Update 28 entries whose GitHub repositories have been renamed or
transferred so they point at the current canonical URL (for example
`facebook/react` -> `react/react`, `tiangolo/fastapi` -> `fastapi/fastapi`,
`facebook/jest` -> `jestjs/jest`). The old URLs currently still work via
GitHub's redirect, so the automated Lychee link check does not flag them,
but the listed locations are out of date.
For five of those entries the project was also rebranded, so update the
display name to match the current project: netlify-cms -> Decap CMS,
Ember.js Data -> WarpDrive, zoom-rs -> videocall-rs, lxd -> Incus and
SuperDuperDB -> Superduper.
Remove 4 entries that no longer meet the list's requirements:
- OpenCalc - the owner's account no longer exists (link 404s).
- TensorZero, Graphback, Legerity for Uno Platform - the repositories are
archived and therefore no longer actively maintained.
Only `data.json` is edited; `README.md` is regenerated by the build
workflow on merge.
